We advise against wearing dark blue or black apparel while on your Tanzania safari because these hues both draw tsetse insects. We also advise leaving objects that are bright white at home. It is advised to avoid wearing white clothing because it may become dingy in safari parks, which are frequently dusty. Pack lightweight, neutral-colored, and cozy safari attire. Wear khaki-colored clothing because it will blend in well with the safari’s surroundings.

We honestly believe that any time of year is a great time to go on a safari in Tanzania. During the “long rains” of April and May and the “short rains” of November, we receive a lot of reservations from clients. Even during the wet seasons, we ensure that they have the greatest possible experience. For bird watchers, the brief wet seasons are ideal for organizing a Tanzania safari. The migratory birds might be seen during the rainy season. The greatest times to visit Tanzania are, however, during the dry seasons.

Earlier is always preferable! Tanzania Bush Safaris typically start at 6:00 am, thus we strongly advise our customers to check out of their hotel or lodge as soon as possible (that is; between 6:00 to 7:00 AM). This is because early safari departures increase your chances of seeing more wildlife. After all, they are more active in the morning.

Additionally, since there won’t be a lot of other tourists around, you’ll have more flexibility during the game drive. The Tanzania National Parks are open from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, so departing as early as you can increase your chances of having a successful game drive.
