Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you’ll undergo check-in procedures before being welcomed by our Habitat Adventures Travel expert. After a hearty breakfast, meet your professional safari guide for a 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park in a well-equipped safari vehicle. Along the way, immerse yourself in the local culture with a visit to a Maasai market. Arriving at Tarangire National Park’s gates in the early afternoon, embark on a game drive through its diverse landscape, featuring Baobab trees and the Tarangire River valley.

Discover the park’s rich biodiversity, home to the world’s highest concentration of bird species. Enjoy a bush lunch in excellent picnic areas and continue the game drive, spotting wildlife such as waterbuck, giraffe, lions, and a variety of predators. Return to your camp for dinner and overnight.

Start the day with an early morning game drive in Tarangire, known for its diverse wildlife, including elephants, lions, and over 400 bird species. After several hours of exploration, return to the lodge for a hot lunch. Opt for a nature walk around Tarangire to experience its natural beauty. In the evening, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Embark on a cultural exploration with a visit to a local Maasai village. Experience the vibrant Maasai culture, including traditional songs, livestock care practices, and insightful interactions with the village’s tribal leader. Depart for Karatu, stopping in Mto Wa Mbu village to explore local markets and savor African traditional cuisine. Reach your Karatu lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, journey to Serengeti National Park, enjoying game viewing along the way. Stop for a picnic lunch before a half-day game drive in search of the park’s abundant wildlife. Marvel at the annual migration of over two million animals. Predators like cheetahs, leopards, and lions may be spotted. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Explore the Serengeti plains with a morning game drive, offering a high chance of wildlife sightings. Return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation before a late afternoon game drive, encountering rare animal and bird species. After dinner, share experiences with fellow travelers or retire to your room for the night.

Participate in a morning hot air balloon experience for a unique perspective of the Serengeti. Enjoy a memorable ride, followed by a celebratory breakfast. Continue with a game drive, potentially witnessing millions of grazers. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, head to Ngorongoro Crater for a day of game viewing. Descend to the crater floor, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for the “big five” animals. Enjoy a picnic lunch, explore Lake Magadi, and encounter various wildlife. In the late afternoon, leave the crater for your lodge in Karatu.
